Acceptance and Store Use

These Terms govern use of the gcioutdoor online store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from our footer. You must use the store lawfully and must not interfere with security, access controls, or other customers.

Product Information and Orders

We aim to present accurate product descriptions, images, options, availability, and pricing. Screen colors and dimensions may vary within reasonable limits. We may correct errors, limit quantities, refuse unlawful or fraudulent transactions, or cancel an order when an item or price is unavailable or materially incorrect.

Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Payment

Prices and payments are in USD. Applicable taxes are collected as required by law. Checkout may support Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover; the methods displayed at checkout control for a particular order.

Shipping, Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

We ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days after dispatch.

An order may be canceled before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies. A no-reason return or exchange may be requested within 30 days after delivery, and the merchant pays approved return shipping. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval.

Intellectual Property and Third Parties
