United States Delivery

We ship only to delivery addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order.

Processing and Transit

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. After dispatch, estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, peak demand, or address issues.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided after shipment and is sent using the contact information supplied at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to show its first carrier scan.

Address Changes, Cancellations, and Delivery Problems

Review the shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Changes and cancellations are available only before shipment and cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us so we can work with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution.
