Refund Policy

30-Day Returns and Exchanges

You may request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can authorize the return and provide instructions.

For approved no-reason returns and exchanges, the merchant pays return shipping and provides a prepaid return label or an equivalent free return arrangement.

Eligibility

Items should be returned in the condition received, with included parts, tags, manuals, and original packaging when reasonably possible. Reasonable inspection is permitted, but damage caused by use beyond inspection may reduce or prevent a refund where allowed by law.

Custom or personalized goods, clearance or final-sale goods, gift cards, and opened intimate, personal, or hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned unless they are defective or applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or not what you ordered. For approved quality-related returns, the merchant also pays return shipping and provides a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Cancellations and Return Address

An order may be canceled before it ships. After shipment, the order is handled under this Refund Policy.
